After working within some of the UK’s largest corporate organisations as a Director of HR, David identified a clear gap in the market — a need for flexible, expert HR and employment law support without restrictive contracts or inflated costs.

This led to the creation of David Matthews Group — a consultancy built on integrity, accessibility, and results.
